Construction
Administration
Finally, our services continue through construction completion. The purpose is to the construction is followed through according to the design intent and contract drawings. If it's necessary, we can communicate with the contractor if a question arises.

Design Development
We present the architectural drawings in phases for your review which is the opportunity for adjustments to the design and ultimately your approval to proceed with the next phase.
As the level of detail increases, the plans become more informative of the actual cost of construction which becomes more critical in decision making and final construction cost.
The final deliverables will be a plan set according to the requirements for obtaining a building permit in your jurisdiction.
