Investigation of property to evaluate a potential residential project. Summary of property and project including a schematic site plan with proposed location of building footprint (Site Plan not for construction); Summary of applicable regulations and process to expect with proceeding with the project; Additional site/property information recommended for the owner to obtain (i.e. Site Survey; Soils Report). 

 

DESIGN STUDY

Establish initial cost basis and design objectives of your residential project. Preliminary design drawings including Floor Plans, Elevations, Site Plan and perspective rendering. Drawings intended to be suitable to request a cost estimate from a contractor and/or apply for a construction loan. Drawings are not for construction.

 

SMALL PROJECT

Architectural services for small residential projects such as a renovation, addition, or ancillary buildings (ie. Workshop, studio, or deck).
